Here's the plan; You will be welcomed with our signature Champagne cocktail and canapes on your arrival Our Executive Chef, Lee Clarke's is presenting an exquisite five course menu to follow You meal will be accompanied with our sommeliers specially selected wine options that pair with this menu - 1/2 bottle per person included We have 'Ratpack' favourites during dinner sung by an amazing performer, Sylvester Gold, who will also get the after dinner party started with some big soul and funk disco classics. From 10pm our Resident DJ will be playing only the best 'floor filling' favourites and will see us through the strike of midnight with a suitable bit of nostalgia.
